Agreement to Terms

By downloading and using BG Toolkit, you represent that you are at least 13 years old (or the applicable legal age in your country) and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you by IonicErrrrsCode as part of the App.
This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the App as provided by these Terms.
3. User Content & Intellectual Property
A. Your Content
- You retain all rights to the images, signatures, and photos you process using BG Toolkit. We do not claim ownership of your content.
- You are solely responsible for the content you upload and process.
B. Our Content
All intellectual property rights in the App (excluding your content), including design, code, logos, and features, are the exclusive property of IonicErrrrsCode.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
BG Toolkit utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) for features like background removal and image heuristics.
- You acknowledge that AI-generated results may not always be perfect or accurate.
- IonicErrrrsCode is not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in the AI-processed output.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the App.
- Use the App to process content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
- Circumvent any technical limitations or fee structures (if applicable).
6. Disclaimers
Important Notice
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IONICERRRRSCODE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IONICERRRRSCODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IonicErrrrsCode is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
